What should I expect during the renovation process?
Our process starts with an initial consultation, followed by a detailed quote and available booking time slot. Once you approve our quote, we will schedule the work into our booking system with your preferred date for the renovation or the next available. We request a 5% deposit to secure the booking. We will be in touch with you to confirm cabinetry choices, tapware, tile choices, and other necessary items for the renovation of your home.
How long will my renovation take?
The duration of a renovation project depends on the scope and complexity of the work. Most bathroom renovations take two-three weeks, and most kitchen renovations take approximately three weeks. We will provide a detailed timeline during the quote process and strive to complete the work within the agreed timeframe.
Can I stay in my home during the renovation?
It depends on the extent of the renovation. For minor renovations like a bathroom or kitchen renovation, you can stay in your home. For more extensive projects like complete home renovations, it might be more convenient to make alternative arrangements. We will discuss this with you during the planning phase.
What types of materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials from reputable companies that offer long warranties for the items we supply. We also offer a variety of other materials depending on your preferences and the specific requirements of your project.
Can I choose my fixtures and fittings?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to choose their fixtures and fittings to ensure the final result matches their vision. We can source the same items from our wholesalers for you if needed, saving you precious time in sourcing all these items yourself. This also saves you shipping fees, storage space and time shopping around various retailers.
In cases when you change your mind halfway through the project and source specific items yourself, we will credit that amount to your final invoice.
How do I maintain my new renovation?
We provide detailed care and maintenance instructions for all our renovations. For silicone caulking in the shower, we recommend re-caulking every two years due to the damage a lot of cleaning materials cause the silicone.
What if I have issues after the renovation is completed?
We stand by our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately, and we will address them promptly.
Do you offer financing options?
We currently do not offer in-house financing. However, we have a stage payment option for all our renovations. This offers you a slower way of paying for the renovation. We can also lock in the same price for you if you book your renovation job with us, a few months ahead of time. This gives you the freedom to lock in the price while saving for the renovation.
How do you ensure the quality of your work?
With over 25 years of experience in the building, construction, and tiling industry, we adhere to the highest standards of quality. Our team is skilled and meticulous, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Can you provide references or examples of past projects?
Yes, we have a portfolio of completed projects and client testimonials that we can share with you. Please visit our Portfolio page or contact us for more information.
What measures do you take to minimise disruption during the renovation?
We strive to minimise disruption by maintaining a clean work area, respecting your property, and working efficiently.
